Research Into How Clients Select Agencies

RSW, the new business agency established in 1992, tries very hard to add value to the agency new business world by providing research that we hope will be both useful and interesting. This year’s research is currently only available to existing clients but will be released to the general public shortly.

Synopsis of What We Do

We are a new business agency. Marketing communications firms use us as an integral component of their new business programmes. We work with them to develop compelling agency propositions and then communicate these to their target market using the correct combination of outreach methodologies. These include telephone, email, blogs and social marketing. The result is qualified new business opportunities with prospects who want to find out more about our client and have a budget for the service our client provides.

A Bit of History

Reardon Smith Whittaker was established in 1992 by Adam Whittaker and Sam Reardon Smith, prior to which they had both been new business directors at advertising, branding, PR and BTL agencies. We employ 15 people in the London office (in leafy Brook Green just up the road from Hammersmith) with an average tenure of five years. The US office opened in 2005 and Berlin in 2011.
